ROLL CALL: Supervisor Mallach Present Councilwoman Schrader Present Councilwoman Milne Present Councilman Williams Present Councilman Denkenberger Present ~Also in attendance was Harrietstown Accountant Beth Bevilacqua, Harriestown Town Clerk Sabrina Harrison, Franklin County Legislator Lindy Ellis, Airport Manager Corey Hurwitch, Kenneth Cornell from Go Aviation, MINUTES APPROVAL Review of the minutes from the meeting held on March 9th, 2023. ~ A motion was made by John Williams to accept the minutes of the Agenda for the March 9th 2023 meeting as presented to the board, seconded by Jeff Denkenberger (m/sp) WARRANT # 5 OF 2023: GENERAL FUND $36,122.42 AIRPORT FUND $87,730.27 GENERAL FUND OUTSIDE $8,424.11 HIGHWAY FUND OUTSIDE $ 9,898.48 TRUST AND AGENCY $15,712.58 WATER AND SEWER $687.76 CAPITOL PROJECTS $252,939.49 A motion was made by Tracey Schrader to approve payment of the vouchers of Warrant #5, seconded by Jeff Denkenberger (m/s/p) PUBLIC COMMENT: Minutes of the Agenda for the March 23, 2023 Town of Harrietstown Board Meeting COMMUNITY GROUP: ~Shelly Cihan to give update on Dewey Marketing COUNTY UPDATE: UPDATES FROM THE SUPERVISOR: ~Beth to attend training in Syracuse April 23-26, 2023 ~A motion was made by Tracey Schrader to approve Beth attending training April 23-26 in Syracuse, seconded by John Williams (m/s/p) ~Approval for Planning and Zoning Members to attend training. A motion was made by John Williams to approve the members of the Planning and Zoning board to attend training at the Hotel Saranac, seconded by Jeff Dekenberger (m/s/p) ~FMLA ~ Permission to sign all future paperwork with the Terminal Project A motion was made by Tracey Schrader to allow Supervisor Jordanna Mallach to sign all future paperwork in regards to the Terminal Project, seconded by Ashley Milne (m/s/p) ~Approval of Tim Burpoe to the Zoning Board of Appeals A motion was made by John Williams to approve Tim Burpoe to the Zoning Board of Appeals, seconded by Jeff Denkenberger (m/s/p). A motion was made by Tracey Schrader to move the June 8th, 2023 meeting from 6pm to 5pm, seconded by Jeff Denkenberger (m/s/p). A motion was made by Ashley Milne to approve Resolution #6 of 2023, Supporting the 2023 Legislative Agenda of the Adirondack Association of towns & Villages, seconded by Jeff Denkenberger, the Resolution is attached to the minutes and was passed with a roll call vote. A motion was made by John Williams appointing Councilman Jeff Denkenberger to the Adirondack Rail Trail Association (ARTA) board, seconded by Tracey Schrader (m/s/p) HIGHWAY: ~Work Report AIRPORT: ~Contract for Terminal Design and Consulting pending attorney approval.
