A motion was made by Ashley Milne to accept the minutes of the agenda from the meeting held on June 22nd, 2023, seconded by Tracey Schrader (m/s/p). WARRANT # 11 OF 2023: GENERAL FUND $52595.64 AIRPORT FUND $192,368.19 GENERAL FUND OUTSIDE $ 3,493.63 HIGHWAY FUND OUTSIDE $ 13,799.25 TRUST AND AGENCY $23,692.32 WATER AND SEWER $900.00 CAPITOL PROJECTS $10,000.00 A motion was made by Jeff Denkenberger to pay the vouchers of Warrant #11 of 2023, seconded by Tracey Schrader (m/s/p) UPDATES FROM THE SUPERVISOR: Ladue Road ADK Lake Alliance Minutes of the Agenda for the July 13th, 2023 Town of Harrietstown Board Meeting ~The next meeting is August 11th @ Paul Smiths College Rail Trail AARCH Grant A motion was made by Tracey Schrader to hire an assistant grant writer, seconded by Ashley Milne (m/s/p) Frist Night Update Airport Advertising Flyer AIRPORT: 1. Request to advertise “request for proposals for fuel supplier”. The two attachments include the ad and the detailed rfp. A motion was made by Jeff Denkenberger to allow Corey to advertise “request for proposals for fuel supplier”, seconded by Ashley Milne (m/s/p) 2. Request to purchase a new paint machine.
