CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY COUNCIL ROOM WEDNESDAY, MAY 17, 2006 3:25 P.M. PRESENT: Valerie Keehn, Mayor Commissioner John Franck, Accounts Commissioner Ron Kim, DPS Commissioner Matthew McCabe, Finance Commissioner Thomas McTygue, DPW Call to order Mayor Valerie Keehn called the meeting to order at 3:25 p.m. ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT Article 78 – Quadgraphics (06-93) Commissioner John Franck moved and Commissioner Matthew McCabe seconded to retain the firm of Flink Smith, LLC, in the case of the Saratoga Springs Board of Education vs. Quadgraphics, IDA and the City of Saratoga Springs in the amount of $135/hour. The funds are within the Accounts Department budget. Ayes all. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner John Franck moved and Commissioner Matthew McCabe seconded to adjourn the meeting at 3:27 p.m. Ayes all.
