CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Yepsen called the meeting to order at 9:36 a.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Amend Chapter 225 Article IX Section 225-69 – Schedule IV – Speed Limits Outside Tax District
Commissioner Mathiesen stated the current speed limit is 40 mph on Crescent Avenue from 9P to Nelson
Avenue. They would like to reduce the speed to 35 mph.
Amend Chapter 225 Article IX Section 225-79 – Schedule XIV – Trucks Over Certain Limits Excluded
Commissioner Mathiesen stated this is to change the use of Adams Roads to exclude truck over 5 tons.
Amend Chapter 201 to Change Name of Marvin Alley to Livery Lane
Commissioner Scirocco stated this is the section of Marvin Alley from Church Street to Division Street.

Commissioner Madigan stated this confirms the tax levy.
Discussion and Vote: Authorization for Mayor to Sign “Veterans Agreement” to Receive County
Contribution for Vietnam War 50th Anniversary Commemorative Ceremony
Commissioner Madigan stated Saratoga County committed to $2,500. This is to remit the payment to the
City.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Yepsen moved and Commissioner Mathiesen seconded to move into executive session to
discuss potential litigation in respect to the property located at 100 Geyser Road and to discuss
potential litigation strategy regarding an outside contractor at 9:53 a.m.
Ayes – All
The Council returned from executive session at 10:23 a.m. Mayor Yepsen advised no decisions had been
made during the executive session to report to the public.
ADJOURN
Mayor Yepsen adjourned the meeting at 10:23 a.m.
