This will be a high level report. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Energize NY Open C-Pace Financing – Commissioner Madigan advised this is an update to a local law passed several months ago. 2. Liberty Affordable Housing – Commissioner Franck advised we will be contacting the attorney for this group to see if they wish to continue with this project after the feedback from the Council at the last meeting. The resolution represents the actions and the City’s commitment to the Paris Climate Agreement.
