CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Kelly called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
Mayor Kelly announced the City Council meeting will begin at 6 p.m. tomorrow evening with a
presentation by Camiros; the consultants working on the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). This
will be a high level report.
PUBLIC HEARING
1. Energize NY Open C-Pace Financing – Commissioner Madigan advised this is an update to a local
law passed several months ago.
2. Liberty Affordable Housing – Commissioner Franck advised we will be contacting the attorney for this
group to see if they wish to continue with this project after the feedback from the Council at the last
meeting.

Recreation Center.

Commissioner Madigan advised they are currently in debt issuance process related to the 2019 capital
program. As part of this process the City is rated and has retained its double A rating.

Agreement.
