Mayor Kim called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.

1. Capital Budget and Program 2024 – 2028: No comments.
Mayor Kim reminded the public there is a public comment period at the end of the meeting via zoom. To
participate, the public must sign up for the zoom public comment on line on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until
noon.

1. Cannabis Grower’s Showcase: Mayor Kim stated Ryan McMahon and Scott Trifalo will present. This
is starting at the Farmer’s Market this month.
