Commissioner Moran advised he is waiting for risk and safety approval before the Department of Public Works agenda item #2 can be loaded to his agenda as an award of bid. Mayor Kim suggested asking NYRA to distribute the letter to all stakeholders. Commissioner Moran asked if there is a possibility of a court entering into this to determine if the people affected are employees of NYRA because they are able to work on their property. Commissioner Sanghvi stated IBEW talked about the plans of how they this going forward but has not mentioned courts. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Discussion and Vote: Authorization for Mayor to Sign Addendum #1 to the Contract with Barton & Loguidice for a Lake Water Quality Study No comments. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for Mayor to Sign Agreement Between the NYS Unified Court System and the City of Saratoga Springs No comments. PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign Change Orders #38 – 40 to Hueber Breuer for Fire Station 3 No comments. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign Change Order #TK1 to Tuff Kote, LLC for Fire Station 3 No comments. Set Public Hearing: Proposed Ordinance Prioritizing Public Comment No comments. Commissioner Montagnino announced one of the Saratoga Springs Lt. received injuries in the fire training yesterday in Colonie. Thankfully, the firefighter’s equipment took the brunt of the heat. His thoughts and prayers go out to all the firefighters.
