Mayor Kim suggested asking NYRA to distribute the letter to all stakeholders.
Commissioner Moran asked if there is a possibility of a court entering into this to determine if the people
affected are employees of NYRA because they are able to work on their property.
Commissioner Sanghvi stated IBEW talked about the plans of how they this going forward but has not
mentioned courts.
