CSC Meeting Minutes 04/23/14 page #2 PUBLIC WORKS: Commissioner Mains stated that this information was not presented to the Commission in a timely fashion. The Commission was receiving these documents at the last minute and that the Commission was not given the courtesy of having time to review the duties and make a comparison with other existing titles. Ms. Buckley explained that they had not budgeted properly for the temporary position that the incumbent is presently in and that an employee returned earlier than expected from her leave of absence. The Secretary explained that the incumbent could have returned to her Account Clerk part-time position as agreed upon when the Commissioner of Public Works original requested the temporary appointment.
