There being no one to speak, public comment period was closed. Commissioner Leidig made a motion to approve the December 2023 meeting minutes as presented. Seconded by Commissioner Zangrando. Motion carries unanimously. Commissioner Leidig made a motion to approve the January 2024 meeting minutes as presented. Seconded by Commissioner Zangrando. Motion carries unanimously.
