Public Present. No Comment. 1. Meeting minutes approval (November 5, November 27, December 6) • Not enough members present to approve November 5th; will approve at next meeting • Motion by Lou to approve November 27th and December 6th minutes. o Mark seconds. o None opposed; minutes approved. 2. Linkage Study Application • Letter comments o City Council unanimously agreed to apply for the linkage study. o Motion by Steve to accept the letter  Mark seconds.  None opposed; letter approved 3. Complete Streets Checklist • Two iterations; the original and a second one proposed by Kate Maynard o The board will continue working with the original checklist • Considerations and Changes: o Incorporating second iteration’s content and wording into checklist format o “Are there any current deficiencies that this project will improve?” o Addressing potential linkages o “What is the functional classification of the street?” • Checklist will not address safety • Form can still be revised as needed once it is in use  • Once checklist is completed, the board will give it to the planning board • Kate will circulate new proposed checklist with Mark’s comments. 4. Sharrows and Mapping Presentation • Intern Stephanie Seidmon has been working on mapping projects o Sharrows network and bike boulevards map o Special Development Areas o Development Summary for projects approved through construction 5. Next Steps and Announcements • Next meeting February 7th • SAAB Webpage for minutes, information, updates, etc. • Newsletter to date that Stephanie will be writing Public Comment Period Public Present.
