City of Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Minutes Thursday, September 26, 2013 Present: Justin Hogan – Chair, Ted Obloy, Cathy Masie and Marilyn Rivers with Tony Izzo as Advisor. The meeting commenced at 4:10PM in the City Hall City Council Room Discussion: 2012 Ethics Disclosure Forms: The BOE reviewed the outstanding BOE disclosures for 2013. All required disclosures have been reviewed and approved. Executive Session Commenced at 4:31PM and ended at 4:40PM with no action taken by the BOE. New Business: The BOE discussed the upcoming expiration of BOE members Ted Obloy and Marilyn Rivers on December 31, 2013 as well as the current vacancy. Tony Izzo explained the process of appointment for the BOE. Thanks were given to Ted Obloy for his five years of service to the community as a member of the BOE and to Marilyn Rivers for her service as she completed the term left by Paul Male’s departure. No additional meetings are scheduled for the BOE for 2013. Motion to Adjourn the BOE was made by Ted Obloy with a second by Cathy Masie.
