City of Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Minutes Monday August 17, 2015 Present: Justin Hogan – Chair, Courtney DeLeonardis, Marilyn Rivers, Brendan Chudy and John Ellis with Tony Izzo as Advisor and Trish Bush. Absent: None The meeting was called to order at 5:05 PM in the City Hall City Council Room Approve meeting minutes from 7/16/15: Marilyn Rivers moved to accept the minutes, second: Courtney DeLeonardis. Minutes accepted and ok to post. Old Business: 1) All documents were reviewed. Trish to provide to the Board redline and clean copies of each document for their review prior to the September meeting. Final documents to be approved at the September meeting after which a meeting will be set with the Mayor and Justin for review. 2) The Board reviewed two disclosure forms. There are still three that are incomplete. Tony Izzo will take these to the homes of the members to obtain the completed forms. New Business: None Motion to Adjourn the BOE was made by Justin Hogan; second: Brendan Chudy.
