City of Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Minutes Tuesday September 22, 2015 Present: Justin Hogan – Chair, Courtney DeLeonardis, Marilyn Rivers, Brendan Chudy with Tony Izzo as Advisor and Trish Bush. Absent: John Ellis The meeting was called to order at 6:06 PM in the City Hall City Council Room Approve meeting minutes from 8/17/15: Marilyn Rivers moved to accept the minutes, second: Courtney DeLeonardis. Minutes accepted and ok to post. Old Business: 1) Reviewed all documents. There were a few changes suggested. Justin moved to accept all the documents once the final changes have been incorporated. Brendan Chudy second. Motion passed. Trish to request a meeting time with the Mayor for Justin to review updated document. 2) The Board reviewed one disclosure form. It was rejected as question #4 was not complete. There are still two that are incomplete. They are alternate board members. New Business: None Motion to Adjourn the BOE was made by Brendan Chudy; second: Courtney DeLeonardis. Meeting Adjourned at 7:18 PM on September 22, 2015 Next meeting: To be called if needed.
