City of Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Minutes Thursday 1/14/16 Present: Justin Hogan – Chair, Courtney DeLeonardis, John Ellis, with Tony Izzo as Advisor and Trish Bush. By Phone: Brendan Chudy Absent: Marilyn Rivers Meeting was called to order at 5:05 PM in the City Hall City Council Room Minutes from previous meeting were previously approved via email. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Review two inquiry forms in executive session. Advisory Opinions will be drafted, circulated and if approved, provided to the requesters. 2. 2015 Annual Report discussion: Justin Hogan will put a draft Annual Report together for review. 3. 2016 Disclosure statements were sent out in early January. Board reviewed those that have been received to date. All were approved. a. The “marital status” line on the Disclosure Form was not deleted as previously discussed. Trish will make the adjustment.
