Ethics Board

BOARD OF ETHICS meeting 11/29/17 Present: J. Hogan, M. Rivers, B. Chudy Absent J. Ellis Meeting convened 5:40 PM. The Board noted its letter sent to Mr. Hank Kuczynski inviting him to this meeting to provide additional information about his submitted inquiries, or in the alternative to submit additional written material. Mr. Kuczynski did not attend this meeting, nor was additional material received. The Board generally discussed the two inquiries submitted by Mr. Kuczynski, but made no specific findings as yet. Board members expressed concern over whether certain issues raised in the inquiries were relevant to any of the provisions in the Code of Ethics. The Board asked Anthony Izzo to begin drafting examples of possible responses based on discussion at this meeting. The Board also asked A. Izzo to send another letter to Mr. Kuczynski inviting him to submit additional material until December 14, if he wishes to do so. Meeting Adjourned 6:10 PM. Minutes submitted by Anthony J. Izzo.
