Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Village Administrator Dawn Wagner gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Dan Sauer-present, David Maglio-present, Mike Krocka-present,
Michael Gielow-present, Joe Caban-present, and Scott Fischer-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Vicki Lee, Chief Goetz, Ray deBruijn, Ray Hartmann, Dale Kropidlowski,
David and Erik Moe, and Roy Wilhelm
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
Roy Wilhelm asked questions about being charged for a copy of the preliminary budget. Wagner read his
open records request dated October 6, 2014. She stated he received a copy of the preliminary (draft #1)
budget. He was told that the proposed 2015 Budget is now available and he could e-mail his request for
an electronic copy at no charge.
APPROVE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 21, 2014 MEETING
Sauer/Krocka made a motion to approve the October 21, 2014 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT

REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Wagner welcomed Erik Moe – Member of Boy Scout Troop 868, who is working on Citizenship in the
Community Badge.
ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS
Res. #1193-Developer Agreement-Kwik Trip
Krocka/Gielow made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1193 – Developer Agreement-Kwik
Trip. Motion carried.
Caban/Gielow made a motion to approve Res. #1193 – Developer Agreement-Kwik Trip. Motion carried.
Res. #1194 - 2015 Water Utility Budget
Dickmann read Res. #1194 – 2015 Water Utility Budget.
Krocka/Gielow made a motion to approve Res. #1194 – Water Utility Budget. Motion carried.

REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES
Utility Committee
No report.
Public Works Committee
No report.
Public Safety Committee
No report.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of October 27 and November 4, 2014.
October 27th was a Budget Workshop.
November 4th - the Developer Agreement with Kwik-Trip was approved.
Vision - Mission - Strategic Priorities:
Fischer/Caban made a motion to approve. Motion carried.
The Sump Pump Ordinance was amended with a waiver that addresses undue financial burden. It was
recommended to the Village Board for approval at the November 18, 2014 meeting.
Well #6 Project Update was given by Dan Butler, Ruekert & Mielke and Dave Maccoux, Schenck. The bid
for the test and production well will be reviewed at the November 18th Finance Committee and Village
Board meetings.
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.
Other Matters:
The outlot for sale, located on CTH O, is going to Plan Commission for review/recommendation.
The Chamber is having a Holiday Social November 19 th at La Chimenea. Please attend.
The DPW full-time position should be filled by November 17 th.
The two 8-hour positions at Oscar Grady Library have been filled.
There will be a Capital Planning/Borrowing Session November 11 th at 6:00 p.m. Mike Harrigan, Ehlers
Financial Advisor, will be present.
REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES
Plan Commission
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2014.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
Reviewed the status of a temporary storage bin and conditional use permit for Saukville Feed Supply, Inc.
located at 313 W Church Street as requested by Nick and Lisa Latsch. Committee discussed a two year
renewal for the storage bin for the glass.
Reviewed the Certified Survey Map submitted by Cramer Coil & Transformer Co. Inc. to combine four (4)
parcels into one (1), at 401 N. Progress Drive.

Discussed the proposal to consider abandoning the Seyfert Court parcel adjacent to the south of the
Injectec property located at 451 N Dekora Woods Blvd, as requested by Rick Gebhardt, President of
Injectec.
Economic Development Update was given.
Library Board
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
The Mid Moraine Dinner was October 22nd. There is nothing to report.

None.
