Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Village Administrator Dawn Wagner gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Dan Sauer-present, David Maglio-present, Mike Krocka-present,
Michael Gielow-absent, Joe Caban-present, and Scott Fischer-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Vicki Lee, Chief Goetz, Ray deBruijn, Michelle
Jaeger, Keith & Debbie Dickmann, Roy Wilhelm, and Mark Jaeger.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
Roy Wilhelm asked when the Village be doing the paving on the street project.
deBruijn stated that the concrete work was done on Linden St. Milling and grading will be done on Linden
and Colonial Pkwy on Friday. The date for paving has not been set.
Wilhelm questioned the legality of the e-mail he received from President Dickmann regarding the
Administrator’s position. Wilhelm wanted to know how she could make that decision on her own.
Dickmann stated that she had conversations with the Trustees prior to sending it and it was legal.
APPROVE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 7, 2014 MEETING
Sauer/Caban made a motion to approve the October 7, 2014 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann presented Keith Dickmann with a retirement plaque and gift card and thanked him for his 24
years of service to the Village.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
None.
ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS
None.
REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES
Utility Committee
Maglio reported on the meeting of October 14, 2014.
Discussion was held regarding the Well #6 upgrade.
Discussion was held regarding phosphorus regulations.
Public Works Committee
No report.

Public Safety Committee
No report.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of October 21, 2014.
Claims for September 2014 in the amount of $171,067.95 were reviewed and approved.
The Budget Watch and Investment Report were reviewed.
The Sump Pump Ordinance was Tabled and will be discussed further at the November 4 th Finance
Committee Meeting.
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Labor Association of Wisconsin, Inc.
(LAW) Agreement for a 2 year term.
Krocka/Caban made a motion to approve the Labor Association of Wisconsin, Inc. (LAW) Agreement for a
2 year term. Motion carried.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Personnel Manual Update – Section 3.09I
– Water and Wastewater Utility Foreman, 3.09F – Public Works Foreman, and 8.02 – Health Insurance.
Sauer/Krocka made a motion to approve the Personnel Manual Update – Section 3.09I – Water &
Wastewater Utility Foreman, 3.09F – Public Works Foreman, and 8.02 – Health Insurance as presented.
Motion carried.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Village Hall – Heating Coil repair at a
cost of $4,433 to be paid from the General Government Reserve Fund.
Maglio/Sauer made a motion to approve the Village Hall Heating Coil repair at a cost of $4,433 to be paid
from the General Government Reserve Fund. Motion carried.
Other Matters:
The Mid-Moraine dinner is Wednesday, October 22nd at Waterstreet Brewery in Grafton.
A donation of $350 was made to the Saukville Police Reserves from Dave Maglio’s Concealed Carry Classes.

Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2014.

OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS
Krocka/Sauer made a motion to approve Operator’s License Applications for Norris for J’Sports Bar &
Grill, Newhauser for Railroad Station, Kodubeck for Beck’s, and Freiburger for Mid-City Quik Mart. Motion
carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
See Attached.

Krocka/Caban made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried at 8:10 p.m.
