Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:58 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, David Maglio-present, Richard Belling- present (via
Zoom), Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-present, and Andy
Hebein-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, Ray deBruijn (via Zoom), Sara
deBruijn, Austin R (via Zoom) and Dan Benson – Ozaukee Press (via Zoom)

APPROVE MINUTES OF AUGUST 18, 2020 MEETING
Maglio/Nowlen made a motion to approve the August 18, 2020 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann stated that she will be looking for someone to fill the seats on Plan Commission and Architectural
Review Board.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
None.
ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS
Res. #1313 – Ozaukee County All Hazards Mitigation Plan Update
Wagner stated the Sara deBruijn is available if there are any questions regarding the Plan.
Maglio/Nowlen made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1313 – Ozaukee County All Hazards Mitigation
Plan Update. Motion carried.
Seitz/Fischer made a motion to approve Res. #1313 – Ozaukee County All Hazards Mitigation Plan Update.
Motion carried.
Res. #1314 – Personal Property Tax Write-off
Nowlen/Fischer made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1314 – Personal Property Tax Write-off. Motion
carried.
Fischer/Nowlen made a motion to approve Res. #1314 – Personal Property Tax Write-Off. Motion carried.

Utility Committee
No report.
Public Works Committee
Maglio stated that Public Works met earlier in the evening and he had not report.

Public Safety Committee
No report.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of September 15, 2020.
Approved claims for August 2020 in the amount of $367,061.03.
Review the Budget Watch and Investment Report.
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.
Other Matters:
There will be a Simple Water Rate Increase of 3%.
The Village is looking for someone to fill seats on the Plan Commission and Architectural Review Board.
Starbucks is scheduled to open Thursday, September 24th.
