Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:53 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-absent, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present,
Jim Nowlen-present, Andy Hebein-present, and Pete Janus-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, Connor Carynski-Ozaukee Press

APPROVE MINUTES OF JULY 15, 2021 MEETING
Seitz/Fischer made a motion to approve the July 15, 2021 minutes as presented. Motion carried.

Dickmann read Res. #1336 – Undesignated Fund Balance Applied.
Nowlen/Hebein made a motion to approve Res. #1336 – Undesignated Fund Balance Applied. Motion carried.

Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of August 3, 2021.
Res. #1336 was recommended to the Village Board for approval.
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.

Other Matters:
National Night Out is being hosted by Grafton this evening.
Live at the Triangle is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, August 4th. There will be a different band than
original scheduled due to an illness. The Dave Steffen Band will perform.
The Village Board will meet at the Historical Society in September and a picture of the Board members will be
taken at that time.
The 2022 Budget Tour has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 5th. Finance and Village Board will be scheduled
for immediately after the tour.
