***VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES*** November 8, 2021 SAUKVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT and VIA ZOOM 649 E. GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:51 p.m. Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-present, Andy Hebein-present, and Pete Janus-present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, and Connor Carynski-Ozaukee Press PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 19, 2021 MEETING Seitz/Fischer made a motion to approve the October 19, 2021 minutes as presented. Motion carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT None. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR None. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS Res. #1340 – 2022 Water Utility Budget Dickmann read Res. #1340 – 2022 Water Utility Budget. Fischer/Belling made a motion to approved Res. #1340 – 2022 Water Utility Budget. Motion carried. Res. #1341 – 2022 Wastewater Utility Budget Dickmann read Res. #1341 – 2022 Wastewater Utility Budget. Fischer/Belling made a motion to recommend to the Village Board approval of Res. #1341 – 2022 Wastewater Utility Budget. Motion carried. REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee Fischer reported on the meeting of November 8, 2021. Resolutions #1340-2022 Water Utility Budget and #1341-2022 Wastewater Utility Budget were reviewed and recommended to the Village Board for approval. The Design Phase of the Treatment Plant upgrade is 80% complete. There were 2 water main breaks and 1 service leak in the last week. The Utility Department is working on the iron level at Well #5 and exploring options. November 8, 2021 Public Works Committee No report. Public Safety Committee No report. Finance Committee Dickmann reported on the meeting of November 8, 2021. Steve DeCleene, Neumann Development gave a review of the conceptual plan for current Hines Meadow and Emerald Ridge subdivisions. Committee went into Closed Executive Session. Committee directed staff to present the updated final agreement for Fire Services to the Town of Saukville. A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Agreement for Medical Direction and Medical Control of Emergency Medical Services (Aurora Medical Center-Grafton). Nowlen/Belling made a motion to approve the Agreement for Medical Direction and Medial Control of Emergency Medical Services (Aurora Medical Center-Grafton). Motion carried. Other Matters: Their will be a clean-up dumpster at the DPW Garage on Saturday, November 13th from 9:00-3:00 p.m. The next Village meetings will be held on Tuesday, November 23rd beginning at 5:30 pm. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission No report. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No report. Library Board No report. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association No report.
