Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present,
Jim Nowlen-absent, Andy Hebein-present, and Pete Janus-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, and Connor Carynski-Ozaukee Press

APPROVE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 5, 2021 MEETING
Seitz/Fischer made a motion to approve the October 5, 2021 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann thanked everyone for attending the Budget Workshop and the good discussion.

Res. #1338 – Depositories 2021
Fischer/Belling made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1338 – Depositories 2021. Motion carried.
Seitz/Hebein made a motion to approved Res. #1338 – Depositories 2021. Motion carried.
Res. #1339 – Ward Boundaries based on the 2020 Census
Hebein/Fischer made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1339 – Ward Boundaries based on the 2020
Census. Motion carried.
Fischer/Seitz made a motion to approve Res. #1339 – Ward Boundaries based on the 2020 Census. Motion
carried.

Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meetings of October 18 and October 19, 2021.
The October 18th meeting included a Closed Session with no action being taken.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Village of Saukville – Vision-Mission-Strategic
Priorities and the Board/Staff Code of Conduct (dated 10/19/2021).
Dickmann reported discussions regarding the 2022 Budget.
Other Matters:
Waste Management will be offering a Cleanup Dumpster Day.
Brett Moegenburg has been promoted to DPW Foreman.
The October 19th meeting included:
Recommendations were made to approve the Village of Saukville – Vision-Mission-Strategic Priorities and the
Board/Staff Code of Conduct (dated 10/19/2021).
Seitz/Fischer made a motion to approve the Village of Saukville – Vision-Mission-Strategic Priorities (dated
10/19/21). Motion carried.
Hebein/Janus made a motion to approve the Village of Saukville – Board/Staff Code of Conduct. Motion
carried.
Claims for September 2021 in the Amount of $359,792.95 were reviewed and approved.
The Budget Watch and Investment Report were reviewed and approved.
Res. #1338 – Depositories 2021 was recommended to the Village Board for approval.
Res. #1339 – Ward Boundaries based on the 2020 Census was recommended to the Village for approval.

Plan Commission
NO report.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of October 19, 2021.
Minutes from the September 21, 2021 meeting were reviewed and approved.
A 27,648 sq. ft. addition, site plan, and landscape plan for Matrix Packaging, 650 N. Dekora Woods Blvd, were
reviewed and approved.
Requests for signage at Omega Corporation, 795 N. Progress Drive were reviewed and approved.
Library Board
No report.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
No report.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
None.
