Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Village Clerk Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present,
Jim Nowlen-present, Andy Hebein-present, and Pete Janus-present.

APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 19, 2022 MEETING
Seitz/Nowlen made a motion to approve the April 19, 2022 minutes as presented. Motion carried.

Utility Easement for Right-of-Way on Town of Saukville Lands (The Crossroads Saukville LLC)
Nowlen/Hebein made a motion to approve of the Utility Easement for Right-of-Way on Town of Saukville Lands
(The Crossroads Saukville LLC). Motion Carried.

REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES
Plan Commission
Dickmann reported on the meeting of June 7, 2022.
Approval was given for a 13.75 sq. ft. Wall Sign and 12” x 18” = 1.5 sq. ft. Plackard located at 900 E. Green Bay
Ave., submitted by Sign Effectz INC.
Approval was given for final plat for The Crossroads subdivision submitted by Neumann Developments, Inc.
The Crossroads ground breaking event was rescheduled for June 15th at 10:00 a.m.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee

Library Board
No report.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
Nowlen reported on the topic of affordable housing and that there is nothing available for first time buyers.
OPERATOR LICENSE APPROVALS
Hebein/Nowlen made a motion to approve the New Applications for Gruenweller, Weinrich, for Walgreens -
Ciriacks for Railroad Station. Motion carried.
Seitz/Fischer made a motion to approve the Renewal Application for Decker, Nelson, Schroeder, Ansay for
Walgreens, Opitz for Sno-Seekers and Watry, Bornhofer, Salvaggio, Altendorf-Massie, Sterna, O’Brien and Gall
for Marcus Theaters. Motion carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
None.
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
None.
ADJOURNMENT
Seitz/Janus made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried at 7:07 p.m.
