GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, William Rudolph-present, Jim Nowlen-absent, Pamela Duckart-present and Jesse Duckart-present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede, Dan Helm, Brandon Ashley-Resident and Jeff Schoen-Cadiville Bar and Grill. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF AUGUST 8, 2023 MEETING. Rudolph/Fischer made a motion to approve minutes of August 8, 2023. Motion Carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Hebein thanked everyone that attend the Northern Gateway Community Collective Groundbreaking Ceremony with Ansay Development on August 31, 2023. Hebein read the Proclamation for Railroad Safety Week. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR None. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS –PETITIONS Resolution #1387 - Resolution Approving the Borrowing of $45,000 from the Unassigned General Fund Balance (Union Cemetery - Columbarium Project - Option #2) Rudolph/P Duckart made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1387 - Resolution Approving the Borrowing of $45,000 from the Unassigned General Fund Balance (Union Cemetery - Columbarium Project - Option #2). Motion Carried. Fischer/Rudolph made a motion to approve Resolution #1387 - Resolution Approving the Borrowing of $45,000 from the Unassigned General Fund Balance (Union Cemetery - Columbarium Project - Option #2). Public Works/Cemetery Committee Next Meeting Scheduled Monday, September 11, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Public Safety Committee No Report. Finance Committee Hebein reported on the Meeting of September 5, 2023. Approved Claims for August 2023 in the Amount of $470,679.12. License Agreement – Use of Public Right-of-Way requested by RBJ Enterprises, LLC (Cadiville Bar & Grill) Fischer/P Duckart made a motion to approve the License Agreement – Use of Public Right-of-Way requested by RBJ Enterprises, LLC (Cadiville Bar & Grill). Motion Carried REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Hebein Report on Meeting of September 5, 2023 Approval of Exterior Stairs at RCCG Household of God with contingences of cleaning up the property and final review and approval of the Building Inspection including all required fees are paid. Approval of Wall and Ground Signs for BMO Harris Bank, N. A. contingent of final review and approval of the Building Inspector.
