GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, William Rudolph-absent, Jim Nowlen-present, Pamela Duckart-present and Jesse Duckart-present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede, Chief Rob Meyer and Brandon Ashley - Resident PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 10, 2023 AND OCTOBER 17, 2023 MEETING. Seitz/Fischer made a motion to approve minutes of October 10, 2023 and October 17, 2023. Motion Carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Hebein stated Trick or Treat was a successful event in the Village of Saukville with the scheduled Rugby Event at Didier Field. Hebein thanked Chief Meyer for adding the No Parking signs on S. Main Street to ensure safety to the trick or treaters. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR None. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS –PETITIONS REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No Report. Next Meeting Scheduled on November 14, 2023. Public Works/Cemetery Committee No Report. Public Safety Committee No Report Finance Committee Hebein reported on the Meeting of November 7, 2023. Approved Claims for October 2023 in the Amount of $465,098.07. Reviewed the Investment Report for October 2023. Intergovernmental Agency Agreement for Fire Department Administrative Oversight Comprehensive Fire Inspection Support between Village of Saukville and Village of Grafton. Nowlen/P. Duckart made a motion to approve the Intergovernmental Agency Agreement for Fire Department Administrative Oversight Comprehensive Fire Inspection Support between Village of Saukville and Village of Grafton. Motion Carried. Fire Protection Service and Emergency Medical Services Agreement with Town of Saukville Fischer/J. Duckart made a motion to approve the Fire Protection Service and Emergency Medical Services Agreement with Town of Saukville. Motion Carried. Fire Protection Services Agreement between the Village of Saukville and Subcontracting Fire Departments. J. Duckart/Nowlen made a motion to approve the Fire Protection Services Agreement between the Village of Saukville and Subcontracting Fire Departments. Motion Carried. Farmers Market will be moving to the American Legion in 2024. Ozaukee Food Alliance plans to open after the holidays. They would like to host a Village Board Meeting in January.
