GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:48 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, William Rudolph-via phone, Jesse Duckart-present, Pamela Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present and Brandon Ashley-present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner and Julie Friede PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF JULY 30, 2024 MEETING. J. Duckart/P. Duckart made a motion to approve minutes of July 30, 2024. Motion Carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Hebein thanked all the Election Inspectors for assisting with the Partisan Primary held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR None. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS –PETITIONS REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No Report. J. Duckart noted the Water/Wastewater Department is advertising to fill a full-time position. Public Works/Cemetery Committee No Report. Public Safety Committee No Report. Finance Committee Hebein reported on the Meeting of July 30, 2024. Approved Claims for July 2024 in the Amount of $454,263.69. Review the Investment Report. Discussion and Possible Action on Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Multi-Municipal Fire/EMS Agreement J. Duckart/P. Duckart made a motion to approve Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Multi-Municipal Fire/EMS Agreement with the edits as discussed and contingent upon review and approval of any additional edits. Motion Carried. Appointment of Village of Saukville Representatives to the Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Fire Department Board Rudolph/Smith made a motion to appoint Barb Dickmann and Jim Nowlen as the Village of Saukville Representatives to the Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Fire Department Board. Motion Carried. Appointment of Village of Saukville Representative to the Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Fire Commission Nowlen/Rudolph made a motion to appoint Richard Belling as the Village of Saukville Representative to the Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Fire Commission. Motion Carried. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission No Report. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No Report. Next Meeting is scheduled for August 27, 2024. Library Board Smith reported on the meeting of August 13, 2024. Next Meeting is scheduled for September 10, 2024. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association Next Meeting will be Scheduled in September.
