Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, William Rudolph-present, Jesse Duckart-present,
Pamela Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present and Brandon Ashley-present.

J. Duckart/Rudolph made a motion to approve minutes of August 14, 2024. Motion Carried.

Library Facility Study
Nowlen/Rudolph made a motion to approve contracting with HGA for the Library Facility Study in the amount
not exceed the cost of $30,650 to be funded by Library Impact Fees. Motion Carried.

Review and Approved a Signage Plan for Casey’s Marketing (d/b/a Casey’s 3795).
Review and Approved Certification of Compliance – Planning & Zoning for Shear Color by Rahchelle LLC.
