Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, William Rudolph-present, Jesse Duckart-present,
Pamela Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present and Brandon Ashley-present.

J. Duckart/P. Duckart made a motion to approve minutes of September 3, 2024. Motion Carried.
