GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Public Safety Committee No Report. Finance Committee Hebein reported on the Meeting of October 15, 2024. Approved Claims for September 2024 in the Amount of $609,172.23. Review the Investment Report. Village of Saukville – Vision Mission-Strategic Priorities Rudolph/P. Duckart made a motion to approve the Village of Saukville – Vision Mission-Strategic Priorties. Motion Carried. Village of Saukville – Board/Staff Code of Conduct J. Duckart/P. Duckart made a motion to approve the Village of Saukville – Board/Staff Code of Conduct. Motion Carried. 2025-2029 Intergovernmental Agreement for Building Inspection Services – Village of Grafton Ashley/Nowlen made a motion to approve the 2025-2029 Intergovernmental Agreement for Building Inspection Services – Village of Grafton. Motion Carried. 2025-2027 Agreement for Services – Accurate Appraisal, LLC Nowlen/J. Duckart made a motion to approve the 2025-2027 Agreement for Services – Accurate Appraisal, LLC. Motion Carried. Other Matters Port Washington/Saukville Lions Club donated a drop kit for the drone. Village of Saukville Legion Auxiliary donated funds to purchase a third Flock Camera. Friede spoke on behalf of the upcoming November 5, 2024 Election and In-person Absentee Extended hours. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission No Report.
