GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, William Rudolph-present, Jesse Duckart-present, Pamela Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present and Brandon Ashley-present. Finance Committee Hebein reported on the Meeting of November 6, 2024. Approved Claims for October 2024 in the Amount of $457,704.99. Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) 2025 Budget J. Duckart/P. Duckart made a motion to approve Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) 2025 Budget. Motion Carried. Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Intergovernmental Agreement – Amendment #1 Nowlen/P. Duckart made a motion to approve Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Intergovernmental Agreement – Amendment #1. Motion Carried. Special Assessment Policy Ashley/Smith made a motion to approve the updated Special Assessment Policy removing Curb and Gutter as assessable improvements. Curb & gutter improvements shall be paid for by the Village. Motion Carried. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Hebein Reported on the Meeting of November 6, 2024. The Modification to the Site Plan for Feerick Properties LLC. (Ozaukee Cremation) at 407 N. Progress Drive was approved. Plan Commission approved a Certified Survey Map for the property located at 2236 Cedar Sauk Road in the Town of Saukville (PIN 08-034-11-001.00) located in the Village’s Extraterritorial Review Area. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No Report. Library Board No Report Next Meeting Scheduled for November 12, 2024. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association No Report.
