Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.
Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, Bill Rudolph-present, Jesse Duckart-present,
Pamela Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present and Brandon Ashley-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede, Jacob Verhelst, Chief Rob Meyer and Emily Laws

APPROVE MINUTES OF November 6, 2024 MEETING.
P. Duckart/Ashley made a motion to approve minutes of November 6, 2024. Motion Carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Hebein wished the Village Board and Village Staff a Happy Thanksgiving.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Wagner wished the Village Board and Village Staff a Happy Thanksgiving.
Wagner asked Clerk Friede to provide an update on the 2024 General Election.
Clerk Friede explained that the Village of Saukville was selected to complete an Audit on the Election
Equipment. Audit is scheduled for Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. at the Saukville Municipal Center
located at 639 E. Green Bay Ave. The reporting unit to be audited is Ward 1, 6-7, in which all ballots will be
hand counted (4 Contests) to ensure accuracy of the Dominion Voting – Image Cast Evolution (ICE) voting system.

Resolution #1413 – 2025 General Fund Budget
Ashley/P. Duckart made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1413 – 2025 General Fund Budget. Motion
Carried.
J. Duckart/Smith made a motion to approve Resolution #1413 – 2025 General Fund Budget. Motion Carried.
Resolution #1414 – 2025 Debt Service Budget
P. Duckart/Nowlen made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1414 – 2025 Debt Service Budget.
Motion Carried.
Nowlen/Ashley made a motion to approve Resolution #1414 – 2025 Debt Service Budget. Motion Carried.
Resolution #1415 – 2025 Compensation Schedule
Nowlen/Smith made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1415 – 2025 Compensation Schedule. Motion
Carried.
J. Duckart/Nowlen made a motion to approve Resolution #1415 – 2025 Compensation Schedule. Motion
