Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m.
Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, William Rudolph-via phone, Jesse Duckart-present,
Pamela Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present and Brandon Ashley-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede and Chief Rob Meyer.

APPROVE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 4, 2025.
Ashley/J. Duckart made a motion to approve minutes of February 4, 2025. Motion Carried.

Nowlen/Smith made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution 1421 – Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent
to Exercise Special Assessment Police Powers – W. Whitegate Drive and W. Hollybrook Lane. Motion Carried.
P. Duckart/Smith made a motion to approve Resolution 1421 – Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to

CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
P. Duckart referenced WI AB42 regarding chicken and other fowl legislation that is currently being reviewed by
the State.
