Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, William Rudolph-present, Jesse Duckart-present,
Pamela Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present and Brandon Ashley-absent.

Personal Property Taxes. Motion Carried.
Nowlen/P. Duckart made a motion to approve Resolution 1422 – Write-Off Uncollectible Delinquent Personal
Property Taxes. Motion Carried

Commerce. Motion Carried.

Hebein reported on the Meeting of March 4, 2025.
Approved the 2,500 SF Commercial Building Addition, Site Plan Updates (Parking, Fencing, Trash Enclosure,
Landscaping) and Sign Permit at 260 W. Dekora Street, submitted by Christian Pressley with contingencies.
