GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. Dawn Wagner gave the Statement of Public Notice. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR Wagner provided information on upcoming meeting and events. • Gateway Sports Academy Ribbon Cutting Ceremony – May 30th at 4:00 p.m. • Finance Meeting on June 3, 2025 – Library Impact Fees (Ehlers) • Whitegate & Hollybrook Project will begin next week – weather permitting o Flyers mailed to residents o Information provided on eNewsletter and Website • July 1, 2025 – All Meetings ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS Resolution #1423 – 2024 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) P. Duckart/Nowlen made a motion to waived the reading of Resolution #1423 – 2024 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR). Motion Carried J. Next Meeting Scheduled for June 18, 2025. Finance Committee No Report. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Hebein Reported on the Special Meeting of May 13, 2025. Approved the Exterior Site and Landscape Plan for the South-side Patio Area at 301 E Green Bay Ave. requested by RBJ Enterprises LLC (Cadiville Bar & Grill). Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee Hebein Reported on the Meeting of May 20, 2025. Approved the 3,185 SF addition and 18,000 SF Roof Replacement to the Processing – P3 Picklehouse at 1658 Cold Springs Road requested by Charter Steel. Library Board No Report. Ashley Reported on the Meeting of May 13, 2025. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association Rudolph provided the minutes from the May 14, 2025 Meeting. Mid-Moraine Dinner Meeting is on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. OPERATOR LICENSE APPROVALS (See Attached List) Approve 2025-2026 Renewal Operator’s License Applications to Serve Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors Smith/Rudolph made a motion to approve 2025-2026 Renewal Operator’s License Applications to Serve Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors. Motion Carried. Approve 2025-2026 New Operator’s License Application to Serve Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors Smith/Nowlen made a motion to approve 2025-2026 New Operator’s License Application to Serve Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors. Motion Carried. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS Approve Application for Renewal of Cigarette Licenses Nowlen/P. Duckart made a motion to approve Application for Renewal of Cigarette Licenses for All New Tobacco Vape Outlet LLC a/b/a Smoke World Vape. Motion Carried. CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED None.
