***VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES*** June 3, 2025 SAUKVILLE MUNICIPAL CENTER and VIA ZOOM 639 E. GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Dawn Wagner gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, Bill Rudolph- present, Pamela Duckart-present, Jesse Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present, and Brandon Donen-present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede, Chief Rob Meyer and Jeremiah Langford – Resident. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF May 20, 2025 MEETING. Donen/P. Duckart made a motion to approve minutes of May 20, 2025. Motion Carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Hebein thanked everyone for attending the Ribbon Cutting at Gateway Sports Academy. He added a comment from Ansay Development, “Thanking the Village Board for their continued support with the Northern Gateway Developement”. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR None. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No Report. Public Works/Cemetery Committee No Report. Next Meeting Scheduled for June 17, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Public Safety Committee No Report. Next Meeting Scheduled for June 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Finance Committee Hebein reported on the meeting of June 3, 2025 Ehlers provided an overview of the Library Impact Fee Analysis & Options. Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for Law Enforcement Mutual Aid in Ozaukee County J. Duckart/Donen made a motion to approve Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for Law Enforcement Mutual Aid in Ozaukee County. Motion Carried. Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Intergovernmental Agreement – Amendment #3 Nowlen/Smith made a motion to approve Ozaukee Central Fire Department (OCFD) Intergovernmental Agreement – Amendment #3. Motion Carried. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Hebein Reported on the Meeting of June 3, 2025. Approved a 480 SF Garage for Ward Kitchen and Bath at 265 E Green Bay Ave requested by Greg Ward. Approved a 240 SF Fenced Area and 96 SF Shed for Saukville Community Food Pantry Inc. at 100 E Green Bay Ave. requested by Mark Gierach. Consider and possible action as to land division by certified survey map submitted by RCCG-HOUSEHOLD OF GOD, property owner of 145 W. Church Street and 341 S. Dries Street, Tax Key No. 11-050-04-07- 000, seeking to divide 3.431 acres (+ or -) parcel into two parcels, one of 0.723 acres and the other 2.708 acres. Donen/Nowlen made a motion to approve the land division by certified survey map submitted by RCCG- HOUSEHOLD OF GOD, property owner of 145 W. Church Street and 341 S. Dries Street, Tax Key No. 11-050-04- 07-000, seeking to divide 3.431 acres (+ or -) parcel into two parcels, one of 0.723 acres and the other 2.708 acres. Motion Carried. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No Report. Library Board No Report. Next Meeting Scheduled for July 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association Rudolph reported on the Meeting of May 28, 2025 Meeting. Next Meeting Scheduled for September 10, 2025. OPERATOR LICENSE APPROVALS (See Attached List) Approve 2025-2026 Renewal Operator’s License Applications to Serve Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors Smith/P. Duckart made a motion to approve 2025-2026 Renewal Operator’s License Applications to Serve Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors. Motion Carried. Approve 2025-2026 New Operator’s License Application to Serve Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors Smith/P. Duckart made a motion to approve 2025-2026 New Operator’s License Application to Serve Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors. Motion Carried. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS None.
