New Business Resolution 6 – 2023 Resolution 6-2023 which authorizes the Governing Board to appoint the Manager as Liaison between it and Berkheimer, the duly appointed collector of local taxes for the district. Discussion and possible Motion to appoint Jason Goehring as the Saxonburg Borough Emergency Management Coordinator with David Felsing as EMC Emeritus through January 1st 2024. Executive Session Announcement Under the terms of Act 84, Section 8A, subsection 1, Council would meet in Executive Session just prior to adjournment, to discuss employee and contract matters.
