LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF SCARSDALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Scarsdale in Rutherford Hall in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583 on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Board of Appeals will consider the following: 1. The application of Jennifer and Michael Skrilow for a variance from Chapter 310-43 of the Village Code to construct a deck which would intrude into the required rear yard setback at 61 Fayette Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 22, Blk. 9, Lot 4. 2. The application of Jennifer and Markus Lammer for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 and 310-72, to conduct a home occupation at 9 Crane Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 3, Blk.3, Lot 71. 3. The application of Amanda and Bryan Martoken for variances from Chapters 310-43, 310-35 and 310-67 to construct an addition to the deck which would expand the existing intrusion into the rear yard setback and to construct a second floor addition and a two story addition to the house which would intrude into the required rear yard setback for a two story building and increase the existing intrusion into the front yard setback at 35 Cohawney Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 4, Blk. 2, Lot 109. 4. The application of Silver Ridge Development LLC for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 84 Spier Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 19, Blk. 2, Lot 419.
