LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF SCARSDALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Scarsdale in Rutherford Hall in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583 on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Board of Appeals will consider the following: 1. The application of Sprint Spectrum L.P., as contract vendee, for a variances from Chapters 310-67 and 310-79D of the Village Code to expand the existing legal non-conforming wireless telecommunications facility located at 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale Village Hall, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 3, Blk. 1, Lot 1. 2. The application of Brite Ave. Dev. Corp. for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 19 Griffen Avenue, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 24, Blk.1, Lot 4A.1B. 3. The application of Brite Ave. Dev. Corp. for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 21 Griffen Avenue, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 24, Blk.1, Lot 4A.1A. 4. The application of Dana Oliver and Adam Wolfson for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a spa and modify the existing swimming pool at 39 Park Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 15, Blk. 4, Lot 9. 5. The application of Karen Steefel for a variance from Chapter 310-22 of the Village code to legalize the driveway and an addition which exceed the maximum permitted lot coverage at 284 Boulevard, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 10, Blk. 26, Lot 4.
