The up to $500,000 request for a $1,000,000 project will have no impact on the 2014 or 2015 budget, using time and materials and "other" matches. Evaluation/Analysis: Engineering drawings have been created and the project has been put out to bid. It is recommended the contract be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, Carver Construction of Altamont, NY in the amount of $267,323.00. Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract with Carver Construction for the 2014 Waterline Replacement Project in the amount of $267,323.00. Funding will be fiom 2014 Operating Budget Code FX1989-460.
