Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency February 27, 2012 Present: Chair Denise Brucker Members: Barbara Blanchard, Carl Erikson, Peggy King Leesa Perazzo, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent: Mayor McCarthy Vacant seat One vacancy Chairwoman Brucker called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. Accept 51 City-owned lots from City of Schenectady - Resolution 2012-01. A motion by Ms. King to approve the resolution was seconded by Ms. Blanchard and passed unanimously. Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. King was seconded by Mr. Erikson and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:04.
