Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency March 19, 2012 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Barbara Blanchard, Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Peggy King Leesa Perazzo, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent: None Vacant seat One vacancy Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of February 27, 2012 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Acceptance of minutes of November 21, 2011– A motion to accept made by Ms. Brucker was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-02 Annual Report of Operations - A motion to accept the report made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Blanchard and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-03 Performance Measurement Report - A motion to accept the report made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Blanchard and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-04 Authority Budget Office Report - A motion to accept the report made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Erikson and passed unanimously. Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Erikson was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:37.
