Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 August 6, 2012 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Barbara Blanchard, Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Peggy King Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent: None Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of July 2, 2012 – A motion to accept made by Ms. Blanchard was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-07 Sale of 219 Front Street. A motion to name Legere Restorations as a qualified and eligible sponsor, and to sell to them 219 Front Street was made by Mr. King was seconded by Ms. Blanchard and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-08 Sale of portions of 167 Erie Boulevard and 240 State Street to the City. A motion to adopt the resolution made by Mr. Erikson was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Erikson was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:38.
