Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 209 February 25, 2013 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Peggy King Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: John Polster, Steven Strichman Absent: Barbara Blanchard Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of December 10, 2012 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Accept 204 foreclosed properties from City of Schenectady – Resolution 2013-01. Ms. Perazzo made a motion to accept the transfer of ownership from the City of Schenectady. Ms. Brucker seconded the motion which passed unanimously. Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Ms. King and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:57.
