Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 209 May 29, 2013 Present: Chair City Council President, Peggy King Members: Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: John Polster, Steven Strichman Absent: Barbara Blanchard Chairman King called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of February 25, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Ms. Brucker was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Measurement Report - Resolution 2013-02. Mr. Strichman presented the Measurement Report. The only significant activity for 2012 was the demolition of two buildings on Barrett Street. Ms. Perazzo made a motion to approve the report. Mr. Erikson seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Annual Report - Resolution 2013-03. Mr. Strichman presented the Annual Report. He mentioned that the report is filed late because it cannot be filed until the City audit is complete. Transfer 1108 Albany Street to City – Resolution 2013-04. A motion to approve the transfer made by Ms. Porterfield was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Transfer 446 Brandywine Avenue to City – Resolution 2013-0. A motion to approve the transfer made by Ms. Brucker was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously. Transfer 1502 Crane Street to City – Resolution 2013-06. A motion to approve the transfer made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Erikson and passed unanimously. Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Erikson was seconded by Ms. Brucker and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:43.
