Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 209 June 17, 2013 DRAFT Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: John Polster, Steven Strichman Absent: Barbara Blanchard, Peggy King Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of May 29, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. Porterfield and passed unanimously. Meeting Schedule for 2013 – Resolution 2013-07– A motion was made by Ms. Perazzo to schedule regular meetings of the Agency on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, or on Tuesday when the first Monday falls on a holiday, for the remainder of 2013. Mr. Erikson seconded the motion which passed unanimously. Transfer of Property - Resolution 2013-08. The City has negotiated contracts on 12 SURA owned properties: 214 Edward Street; 952 Albany Street; 11 Gove Place; 2522 Campbell Avenue; 929 Crane Street; 1902 Broadway; 510 Mumford Street; 1734 Albany Street; Hendrickson Avenue Lot 40.30-1-43; 420 Hulett Street; 139 Elmer Avenue; 529 Mumford Street. Ms. Brucker made a motion to transfer the twelve properties back to the City was seconded by Ms. Porterfield and passed unanimously. Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Erikson and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:34. DRAFT
