Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 August 5, 2013 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Peggy King, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent: Barbara Blanchard Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of June 17, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously. Transfer of Property - Resolution 2013-09. The City has negotiated contracts on 6 SURA owned properties: 536 Mumford Street; 1230 First Avenue; 2517 Consaul Road; 1564 & 1568 Carrie Street; 920 Emmett Street. Ms. King made a motion to transfer the 6 properties back to the City which was seconded by Ms. Porterfield and passed unanimously. Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Brucker was seconded by Ms. King and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:34.
