Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 August 26, 2013 DRAFT Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Peggy King, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent: Barbara Blanchard Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of August 5, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously. Transfer of Property - Resolution 2013-10. The City has negotiated contracts on 9 SURA owned properties: 1. 242 Brandywine Avenue 2. 7 Chestnut Street 3. 9 Chestnut Street 4. 1055 Strong Street 5. 1057 Strong Street 6. 931 Francis Avenue 7. 1452 State Street 8. 1456 State Street 9. 1021 Chrisler Avenue Ms. Brucker made a motion to transfer the 9 properties back to the City which was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Erikson and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:34. DRAFT
