Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 September 9, 2013 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Peggy King, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent: Barbara Blanchard Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:52 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of August 26, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Ms. King and passed unanimously. Transfer of 20 Princeton Street. - Resolution 2013-11. Mr. Strichman explained that the City Council has approved a deal to sell 20 Princeton Street, but since the property was under SURA ownership it needs to be transferred back to the city. A motion to approve the transfer was made by Mr. Riggi, seconded by Ms. King and passed unanimously. Transfer of Eleventh Street property - Resolution 2013-12. Mr. Strichman explained that the City Council had approved a sale of a portion of land to Angelina Chamberland in December of 2012 but while the closing was scheduled, the property was accidentally transferred to SURA ownership. A motion to approve the transfer of property from SURA to Angelina Chamberland was made by Ms. Porterfield, seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Ms. Brucker and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:54.
