Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 September 16, 2013 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Carl Erikson, Peggy King, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent: Barbara Blanchard, Denise Brucker, Leesa Perazzo, Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of September 9, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Ms. King was seconded by Mr. Ericson and passed unanimously. Transfer of seven properties to City. - Resolution 2013-13. Mr. Strichman explained that these properties have already been approved for sale by the City Council but that the transfer from SURA to the city had never occurred. A motion to approve the transfer was made by Mr. Riggi, seconded by Mr. Ericson and passed unanimously. Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Ericson was seconded by Ms. Porterfield and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:36.
