Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 October 28, 2013 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Denise Brucker, Carl Erikson, Peggy King, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent: Barbara Blanchard Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. Acceptance of minutes of September 16, 2013 – A motion to accept made by Ms. Brucker was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Transfer of 1017 Strong Street to City. - Resolution 2013-13. This property has already been approved for sale by the City Council but that the transfer from SURA to the city had never occurred. A motion to approve the transfer was made by Ms. Perazzo, seconded by Ms. Brucker and passed unanimously. Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, Mr. McCarthy declared the meeting adjourned at 6:37.
