Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 May 2, 2016 Present: Vice Chair Leesa Perazzo Members: John Ferarri, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, John Polimeni, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Absent: Mayor Gary McCarthy Staff: Steven Strichman  Vice Chair Perazzo called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of March 7, 2016 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Polimeni was seconded by Mr. Ferarri and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-06 –A motion to transfer 866 Eastern Avenue to the City, for future use by the Land Bank’s Tribute Park was made by Mr. Polimeni, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Mr. Polimeni made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Mootooveran seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:31.
